Job Overview

We are looking for a creative, skilled, and results-driven Web Developer & Digital Marketing Executive who can manage website development, digital marketing, social media, SEO, and content creation.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of website development along with the ability to create engaging digital content and execute marketing campaigns that improve the company’s online presence, leads, and brand visibility.

Key ResponsibilitiesWebsite Development & Management

- Develop, design, maintain, and optimize responsive websites.
- Work with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and modern web development tools.
- Knowledge of WordPress/CMS, Elementor, website hosting, domains, and cPanel.
- Create landing pages and lead-generation pages.
- Ensure websites are mobile-friendly, fast, secure, and user-friendly.
- Troubleshoot website errors, bugs, broken links, and technical issues.
- Implement website analytics, tracking pixels, forms, and conversion tracking.
- Perform regular website updates, backups, and security checks.

Digital Marketing

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media marketing, and lead generation.
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO.
- Manage and optimize Google Business Profile and local SEO.
- Monitor website traffic, rankings, leads, conversions, and campaign performance.
- Analyze marketing data using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other marketing tools.
- Create and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Prepare regular performance reports and suggest improvements based on data.

Content Creation & Social Media

- Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn,



and other platforms.
- Write captions, ad copies, website content, blogs, product descriptions, and promotional material.
- Create Reels, short videos, promotional videos, graphics, banners, and social media creatives.
- Knowledge of tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar software will be an advantage.
- Develop monthly content calendars and maintain consistent brand communication.
- Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, hashtags, and platform algorithms.
- Use AI tools for content creation, image generation, video creation, copywriting, and marketing automation.
