Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant with 2–3 years of experience to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, compliance, and reconciliations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, bookkeeping, and financial record management.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Bookkeeping

- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and accounting entries.
- Handle day-to-day accounting activities, including journal entries, ledger scrutiny, and bookkeeping.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Prepare and maintain cash flow statements and expense records.

GST & Tax Compliance

- Prepare and file GST returns accurately and within deadlines.
- Reconcile GST data with books of accounts and government portals.
- Calculate, deduct, and file TDS returns as per statutory requirements.
- Assist in tax assessments, audits, and compliance-related activities.

Bank & Account Reconciliation

- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and vendor reconciliations.
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on receivables.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.

Financial Reporting

- Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial summaries.
- Assist in preparing Profit & Loss statements,



Balance Sheets, and other financial reports.
- Support management with financial analysis and reporting requirements.

Audit & Compliance

- Assist in internal and statutory audits.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for audit purposes.

Coordination & Support

- Coordinate with banks, auditors, vendors, and internal departments.
- Support senior management with financial data and reports as required.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in Accounting and Finance.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, bookkeeping, and financial accounting.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, Busy, or similar accounting software.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and reporting.
