- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Quality Analyst.
- Experience in Sales BPO or Real Estate BPO preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Valuable analytical, monitoring, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of call audits, quality parameters, and quality reports.
- Ability to identify process gaps and provide constructive feedback.
- Candidates who can join immediately or have a short notice period are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and audit customer calls as per quality standards.
- Evaluate calls and prepare quality reports.
- Identify errors, process gaps, and areas for improvement.
- Provide feedback and coaching to team members.
- Maintain accurate quality records and reports.
- Coordinate with operations teams to improve overall process quality.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
