- Policy Renewals: Proactively contact existing customers before their current vehicle insurance expires to secure timely renewals.
- Lead Generation & Sales: Make outbound calls to current and potential clients to promote and sell motor insurance (Comprehensive, Third-Party, and Add-on covers).
- Customer Consultation: Understand customer requirements, explain policy terms, premium amounts, and benefits, and recommend the best-suited coverage plans.
- Data Management & Follow-ups: Maintain accurate and detailed logs of all customer interactions, call outcomes, and follow-up dates using the dealership’s CRM software.
- Cross-selling & Up-selling: Pitch additional covers (e.g., Zero Depreciation, Engine Protection, RSA, Return to Invoice) to increase policy value.
- Coordination: Act as a liaison between the client, the insurance company, and the dealership’s sales or service department for smooth processing.
- Query Resolution: Address customer queries regarding claim procedures, policy documents, and premium calculations professionally.
