The Impact You'll Make

As a Warehouse Executive, you’ll be the heartbeat of our operations—ensuring that goods flow seamlessly from arrival to dispatch. Your work will directly influence delivery timelines, inventory accuracy, and customer satisfaction. From optimizing storage layouts to coordinating with logistics partners, you’ll be the person who keeps our warehouse running like clockwork.

What You'll Do

- Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using our warehouse management system (WMS) and conduct regular stock audits.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to align supply and demand.
- Implement and monitor safety protocols to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
- Optimize space utilization and workflow for maximum efficiency.
- Supervise and guide warehouse staff,



fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork.
- Prepare and present operational reports to management, highlighting key metrics and improvement areas.

What You'll Bring

- 2–4 years of experience in warehouse or supply chain operations.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Zoho Inventory) and MS Excel.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
