Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers and follow up on enquiries.
- Handle incoming customer calls and provide restaurant information.
- Promote offers, services and special deals.
- Take customer bookings and maintain call records.
- Follow up with customers to improve sales and repeat business.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
Skills: Positive communication, customer handling and basic computer knowledge.
Languages: Tamil & English mandatory; Hindi is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
