About the Role:-

Key Responsibilities:-

- Source and screen candidates for US IT requirements.
- Use LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Coordinate with candidates and manage interview follow-ups.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and achieve recruitment targets.

Requirements:-

- Freshers can apply
- Good verbal & written English communication
- Willingness to learn and work in a target-driven setting
- Comfortable working US Night Shifts
- US IT Recruitment/US Staffing experience is a plus





Training & Onboarding:-

- 7 Days Training – Unpaid
- Successful completion of training → Payroll Onboarding
- Training provided on US IT Recruitment & US Staffing
