Supply Chain Executive

Role:
Manage procurement, inventory, production planning, and logistics to ensure uninterrupted availability of mechanical components, raw materials, and finished goods.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate procurement of raw materials, mechanical parts, and consumables.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely stock replenishment.
- Follow up with suppliers for material availability and on-time delivery.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, and Quality teams.
- Track purchase orders, deliveries, and pending materials.
- Support production planning and material requirement planning (MRP).
- Maintain ERP records and prepare supply chain reports.
- Analyze inventory, lead time, and supplier performance.
- Ensure smooth dispatch and logistics operations.

Requirements





- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, or logistics.
- Knowledge of BOM (Bill of Materials), MRP, Inventory Control, and Production Planning.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Robust analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
