Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager fluent in both Hindi and English to drive revenue through outbound calling, order acquisition, and strategic reminder call-backs. The ideal candidate will excel at communicating clearly with a diverse client base, nurturing leads, and closing sales over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

- Outbound Sales Calling: Make high-volume outbound calls to new and existing leads to pitch our products/services and generate direct sales orders.
- Reminder & Follow-Up Calls: Maintain a structured schedule to execute timely call-backs for warm leads, pending quotations, and recurring customer reorders.
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify customer needs, present tailored solutions, handle objections effectively, and convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain solid, long-lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly,



and monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Marketing Support: Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns, promotional SMS/email blasts, and gathering market feedback from clients.
- Data Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls, customer interactions, and order statuses.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience in inside sales, tele-sales, business development, or a customer-facing marketing role.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive, confident, and polite phone etiquette.
- Organization: Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize call-backs and follow-ups efficiently.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using MS Office/Google Workspace

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mogappair, Chennai, Tamil Nadu
