Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven and creative Senior Marketing Executive to develop, implement, and manage marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in digital and traditional marketing, campaign management, market research, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Coordinate and execute product launches, promotional campaigns, and brand-building activities.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Create and manage marketing content, including brochures, presentations, website content, blogs, and social media posts.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and media partners.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Organize and participate in exhibitions, trade shows, webinars, and promotional events.
- Assist in preparing and managing the marketing budget.
- Maintain brand guidelines across all marketing communications.
- Identify current marketing opportunities to improve customer acquisition and retention.

Required Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role.
- Experience with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics and CRM platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
