Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Endoscopy Technician to assist gastroenterologists and surgeons during endoscopic procedures. The candidate will be responsible for preparing endoscopy equipment, assisting during procedures, maintaining infection control standards, and ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain endoscopy equipment and accessories before procedures.
- Assist doctors during diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures.
- Clean, disinfect, and sterilize endoscopes and related instruments as per hospital protocols.
- Monitor equipment functionality and report any malfunctions.
- Prepare procedure rooms and ensure the availability of required supplies.
- Assist in patient preparation and positioning.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, cleaning logs, and procedure documentation.




- Follow infection control and patient safety guidelines.
- Coordinate with nursing and medical teams for smooth procedure flow.

Qualifications

- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Endoscopy Technology, Operation Theatre Technology, or a related allied health field.
- Certification in Endoscopy Technology preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
