Position: Purchase & accounts Executive

Location: Boon IVF Fertility Center, Gachibowli
Working Hours: 8.5 to 9 hours per day, clinic closes by 6 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday work will be compensated with a day off)

Compensation: As per industry standards

Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate books of accounts (ledger, journal entries, reconciliations).

Manage billing, invoicing, and receipts related to patient services.

Handle vendor payments, purchase orders, and expense reimbursements.

Monitor cash flow, petty cash, and daily collections.

Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS for management.

Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance with statutory requirements (TDS, GST, PF, ESI, etc.).

Handling Purchase , Dealing with Vendors

Support payroll processing and maintain employee expense records.

Track outstanding payments and follow up on receivables.

Ensure confidentiality of patient-related financial data.





Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for the center.

Qualification & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (M.Com/CA Inter preferred).

2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in healthcare/hospital/clinic sector.

Strong knowledge of Tally, Excel, and accounting software.

Familiarity with healthcare billing and insurance processes is an advantage.

Valuable understanding of statutory compliances (GST, TDS, payroll laws).

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per month
