*Job Description*

We are looking for a Civil Site Engineer to oversee construction activities, ensure quality standards, and manage day-to-day site operations. The candidate should be capable of coordinating with contractors, supervising labor, and ensuring projects are completed on schedule.

*Responsibilities*

* Supervise daily construction work at the site.

* Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

* Monitor project progress and prepare site reports.

* Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams.

* Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

* Manage materials, labor, and equipment requirements.

* Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.

* Maintain project documentation and records.

*Requirements*

* Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

* 0–5 years of relevant site engineering experience.

* Knowledge of construction methods and site management.

* Proficiency in Auto CAD and Microsoft Excel.

* Positive communication and problem-solving skills.

*Salary*

₹20,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience)
