Designation: Store Executive

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day store activities including material receipt, storage, and issue.
- Check incoming materials against PO and delivery documents.
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory levels.
- Issue materials to production as per approved requirements.
- Maintain GRN, material issue, return, and stock records.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, and labeling of materials.
- Follow FIFO and maintain 5S and housekeeping standards.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, and Accounts teams.
- Update material transactions in ERP/SAP and maintain required reports.





Qualification & Skills

- Diploma / Degree in B.Tech or any relevant discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Stores, preferably in a manufacturing company.
- Basic knowledge of ERP/SAP and MS Excel.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of inventory management and documentation.
