Python Technical Trainer
Role Overview
We are looking for a technically solid and engaging Python Technical Trainer who can teach Python through practical coding, problem-solving, automation, and project-based learning.

Key Responsibilities

Technical & Concept Clarity

- Strong understanding of Python programming fundamentals.
- Explain variables, functions, data structures, OOP, modules, packages, exception handling, file handling, and related concepts.
- Simplify technical concepts through practical examples.
- Resolve learner doubts with clear explanations.

Hands-on Coding

- Conduct live Python coding sessions.
- Demonstrate clean, readable, and efficient code.
- Design practical coding exercises.
- Guide learners through debugging and error resolution.
- Encourage independent implementation.

Problem Solving & Programming

- Develop logical and computational thinking.
- Conduct Python-based coding challenges.
- Introduce Data Structures & Algorithms.
- Use practical scenarios to strengthen programming skills.

Automation & Practical Applications

- Introduce Python for scripting and automation.
- Demonstrate real-world use cases.
- Guide learners in developing utility-based applications and scripts.

Project-Based Learning

- Guide learners through Python projects.
- Define project milestones and implementation steps.
- Review code and provide technical feedback.




- Ensure learners understand the complete development process.

Documentation

- Prepare Python notes, coding examples, assignments, exercises, and project documentation.
- Maintain updated learning resources.
- Document learner progress.

Learner Engagement

- Conduct coding challenges, quizzes, mini projects, discussions, and interactive activities.
- Maintain active participation.
- Adapt teaching strategies according to learner requirements.
