Description

We are looking for a Salesforce Consultant/Developer whose primary strength is hands-on Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) development. Alongside strong development skills, the candidate should carry good working knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud to understand functional context, but the core responsibility of this role remains on the development side.

Responsibilities

- Design and develop custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce (for legacy support) — primary focus area
- Build and maintain Apex triggers, classes, batch jobs, and scheduled jobs
- Develop responsive, reusable LWC components across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
- Configure and extend automation using Flow Builder, Process Builder, and validation rules
- Build and maintain integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Participate in requirement discussions and support functional context across Sales, Service, and Marketing modules
- Write unit tests, ensure code coverage, and follow Salesforce coding best practices
- Debug and resolve issues in existing Apex/LWC codebase
- Collaborate with Consultants/Architects to implement designed solutions accurately

- Sales Cloud — Lead/Opportunity management, forecasting (Good Knowledge)
- Service Cloud — Case management, Omni-Channel (Good Knowledge)
- Marketing Cloud — Journey Builder, Email Studio basics (Good Knowledge)
- Experience Cloud (Community Cloud) — Portal basics (Good to Have)




- Data Cloud — Basic understanding of unified customer data concepts (Good to Have)

AI Modules

- Agentforce — Basic understanding of AI agent configuration (Good to Have)
- Einstein AI (Einstein Copilot, Einstein GPT, Einstein Bots) — Awareness of predictive/generative AI features (Valuable to Have)
- Prompt Builder — Basic exposure to AI prompt templates (Good to Have)

Required Skills

Primary Focus:

- Strong hands-on experience in Apex (triggers, classes, batch Apex, asynchronous Apex)
- Strong hands-on experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC) — component development, wire adapters, imperative Apex calls
- Working knowledge of SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce data model, and governor limits
- Experience with Salesforce automation tools: Flow Builder, Process Builder
- Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations
- Experience with version control (Git) and deployment tools (SFDX, Change Sets, CI/CD pipelines)

Certifications

- Salesforce Certified Administrator (Required)
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (Required)
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (Good to Have)
- Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant / Service Cloud Consultant (Good to Have)
- Salesforce AI Associate certification (Good to Have)

Good to Have

- Exposure to Experience Cloud development
- Exposure to Data Cloud or Agentforce implementation
- Experience with Jest testing for LWC
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification mandatory
