JOB OPENING – PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

*Job Location:* Vasai Factory

*Position:* Production Supervisor

*Experience Required:* 8–10 Years

*Salary:* ₹25,000 – ₹28,000 per month

*Gender:* Male / Female

* Minimum *8–10 years of relevant production experience*

* Candidate should preferably *reside in Vasai or nearby areas*

* Experience in handling *shop-floor production and manpower*

* Knowledge of *ISO procedures and documentation* preferred

* Previous experience in the *Packaging Industry* will be preferred

* Ability to monitor production schedules, productivity and quality

* Valuable coordination and problem-solving skills

* Responsible for maintaining production records and ensuring adherence to SOPs

### Key Responsibilities

* Supervise day-to-day factory production activities





* Ensure production targets and schedules are achieved

* Manage shop-floor manpower and workflow

* Monitor product quality and minimize rejection/wastage

* Maintain production records and reports

* Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety and ISO requirements

* Coordinate with Quality, Stores, Purchase and other departments

*Preference will be given to candidates residing in and around Vasai with Packaging Industry experience.*
