Job Title: Relationship Manager – Elder Life Management

Location: Kozhikode, Kerala

Reporting To: Team Lead – Elder Life Management

About the Role

At PELM, a Relationship Manager is much more than a caregiver. You become a trusted companion and representative for the families we serve. Your role is to build meaningful relationships with senior citizens, understand their needs, coordinate services, and ensure they continue living independently, safely, and with dignity.

Key Responsibilities

Relationship Management

- * Build strong relationships with assigned families.
- * Understand each elder's lifestyle, routines, preferences, and goals.
- * Become the family's trusted point of contact.
- Scheduled Home Visits
- Conduct scheduled visits as per the care plan.

During every visit:

- * Spend quality time with the elder.




- * Assess emotional and physical well-being.
- * Encourage hobbies and social engagement.
- * Observe any behavioural or health changes.
- * Ensure the home environment is secure.
- * Help with technology when needed.
- * Assist with basic paperwork if required.

Preferred Qualifications

- Graduate
- Fluent in Malayalam
- Own two-wheeler preferred

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
