- Graduate Experience: 1-2 years in Financial Inclusion sector

CSP remuneration/ operations/Relationship Building

- Expansion

- Technical support (Remote) to CSPs and Executives.

- Visits to RBOs /Link Branches

- Sharing daily reports

- Taking complete responsibility to make it a profit centre.

- Excellent rapport building with Branch Managers/ FI Managers and CSPs

- Any other role from time to time.

- Coordinate with technical team for better and quick solutions

- Monthly visits to CSPs

- Training to CSP.

- Working along with CSP and motivate him to do his best.
