We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated OJT candidates to join our Food & Beverage Production (Kitchen) Department. This opportunity will provide practical exposure to professional kitchen operations and hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the kitchen team with daily food preparation and production.
- Support chefs and kitchen staff in maintaining food quality and presentation.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Assist with kitchen cleaning and proper storage of ingredients.
- Learn and follow standard operating procedures in the kitchen.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Chef or department supervisor.

Requirements

- Students pursuing Hotel Management, Hospitality, Culinary Arts,



or a related course.
- Willingness to learn and work in a skilled kitchen environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Positive attitude and disciplined approach to work.
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain hygiene standards.
