We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Civil for a PMC role, with 6–7 years of experience in managing and monitoring construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Overall PMC supervision and project coordination.
- Monitor project progress, quality, safety and workmanship.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and site teams.
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, estimates and contractor bills.
- Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion.
- Verify measurements, quantities and contractor claims.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.
- Review civil, structural, architectural and MEP works.
- Identify site issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Prepare progress reports,



MIS and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.

Requirements

- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 6–7 years of relevant experience, preferably in large-scale construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of project execution, planning, billing and contract management.
- Good knowledge of RCC, structural, finishing and infrastructure works.
- Robust communication, coordination and team-management skills.
