Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Design & Estimation Engineer with minimum 4years of expertise in HVAC and cleanroom systems for pharmaceutical, biotech, andindustrial projects.

Core Responsibilities.

- Design & Engineering Review client layouts and prepare turnkey cleanroom proposals while Interactingwith customers to understand requirements and translate them into technicalsolutions.
- Develop cleanroom designs, perform heat load calculations, AHU zoning, duct layout,and cleanroom class zoning calculations.
- Prepare detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD or similar software.
- Apply cleanroom standards such as ISO 14644 and GMP guidelines.

Estimation & Costing

- Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and competitive proposals.
- Review tender documents and specifications.




- Analyze vendor/subcontractor quotations and incorporate historical project data foraccurate estimation.
- Handle variation orders, extra items, and cost revisions.

Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of HVAC systems and cleanroom technologies.
- Proven experience in estimation, BOQ preparation, and tendering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Understanding of ISO standards, GMP compliance, and cleanroom classifications.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and lead technical discussions.

Pharmaceutical Biotechnology FMCG Cosmetics Industrial Projects
