We are seeking an experienced and qualified Consultant Urologist to provide comprehensive diagnostic, medical, and surgical care for patients with urological conditions. The consultant will be responsible for managing OPD/IPD patients, performing urological procedures, and providing high-quality patient-centred care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct consultations, clinical examinations, and diagnosis of urological conditions.
- Manage OPD and IPD patients and provide appropriate treatment plans.
- Perform urological surgical and minimally invasive procedures as per expertise.
- Handle emergency urological cases and provide timely intervention.
- Review investigations including ultrasound, CT, MRI, laboratory reports, and other relevant diagnostic tests.
- Maintain accurate patient records, clinical documentation, and discharge summaries.
- Coordinate with other specialties for multidisciplinary patient management.
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative care and counselling.
- Ensure compliance with hospital clinical protocols,
patient-safety standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Participate in clinical meetings, quality initiatives, and other departmental activities.
Qualification
- MBBS + MS General Surgery +Mch in Urology from a recognized institution.
- Valid medical registration with the appropriate medical council.
- Candidates with relevant experience as a Consultant Urologist will be preferred.
