Performance Marketing Executive – Job Responsibilities (2+ Years Experience)

Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.

Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting to maximize ROI and lead generation.

Monitor key performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, CPL, ROAS, and conversion rates.

Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation for campaign improvement.

Set up and manage conversion tracking using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.

Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign strategies to improve performance.

Collaborate with creative, content, and design teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.





Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

Optimize remarketing and retargeting campaigns to improve customer acquisition and retention.

Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.

Coordinate with sales and business teams to align marketing campaigns with revenue goals.

Analyze funnel performance and identify opportunities to improve lead quality and conversions.

Preferred Skills

Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager

Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and marketing funnels

Robust analytical and reporting skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
