We are looking for a proactive and confident Sales Development Intern to become the first sales contact for our incoming leads.

Your primary responsibility is simple:

Turn enquiries into qualified sales meetings.

You will receive leads from Meta Ads, website forms, WhatsApp, campaigns, referrals and other marketing channels. You will contact these leads, understand their requirement, collect the necessary information, qualify their interest and book a meeting with our Sales Closer.

You are responsible for making sure that no positive lead is left unattended.

Responsibilities

- Call new leads from Meta Ads, website, WhatsApp and other channels.
- Understand the prospect's requirement and qualify the lead.
- Collect key details such as requirement, budget, timeline and decision-maker.
- Book meetings with the Sales Closer.
- Confirm meetings and follow up with no-shows.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up schedules.




- Share clear lead notes with the Sales Closer before every meeting.

Requirements

- Good spoken English
- Tamil is an advantage
- Confident on phone calls
- Good listening and communication skills
- Comfortable with WhatsApp, CRM and online tools
- Willingness to learn sales
- Freshers are welcome

Ideal candidate: Someone who is comfortable picking up the phone, speaking with business owners and consistently following up until a meeting is booked.

Pay: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month
