The Enterprise Data Strategy (EDS) team, in Credit and Fraud Risk Management is responsible for optimizing risk decisions through the lifecycle by identifying, testing, and integrating internal data with external data assets. The team also manages data strategy, and relationships with key third party data providers and contribution policy with external data partners (including credit bureaus) to support risk products in prospecting, recent accounts, customer management, and collection practices.
The incumbent would be part of the Enterprise Data Strategy team based in Gurgaon and reporting into Manager – Global Account Monitoring (GAM) Strategy & Product Management. This position will be involved in analytics related to Bureau/Third Party Data strategy for Customer Management function through Structured and Risk based principles. This will involve working closely with Internal Business partners/Stakeholders and External Data Providers to drive foundational data assets and transformation.
- 1-3 years of experience in analytics/credit risk or related work experience
- Master's Degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics Computer Science or Economics) from a top tier institute
- Understanding of credit card business economics
- Strong quantitative, analytical, project management and structured problem-solving skills with proficiency in SQL, Python, HIVE & EXCEL
- Understanding of Third Party Data and Working knowledge of Credit Card business, Risk and Financial Management platforms is desired
- Ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and on aggressive time-lines
- Effective team player and be able to manage multiple projects
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong relationship management and negotiation skill
- Demonstrated ability to drive innovation
