Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled BIM Modular Engineer with experience in the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) industry. The candidate will be responsible for developing detailed BIM models, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring high-quality design and documentation using AutoCAD and Revit.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage BIM models for MEP systems using Revit and AutoCAD.
- Prepare detailed 2D drawings and 3D models for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve design clashes.
- Perform clash detection and model coordination using BIM tools.
- Ensure compliance with project standards, codes, and client requirements.
- Generate shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and as-built models.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and version control.
- Assist in BIM execution planning and implementation of BIM standards.
- Support project teams with technical expertise in BIM workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.
- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit (MEP).




- Understanding of MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing).
- Experience in BIM coordination and clash detection.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with BIM tools such as Revit, Navisworks or similar coordination software.
- Knowledge of international codes and standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, etc.).
- Experience in modular construction or prefabrication projects.
- Familiarity with LOD (Level of Development) standards.
