About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Safety & Quality Engineer with 4–5 years of experience in the real estate/construction industry. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining safety standards at the construction site and ensuring that all construction work is carried out as per required quality standards, drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Safety Responsibilities

- Ensure proper implementation of site safety rules and procedures.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify unsafe conditions and practices.
- Ensure workers are using required PPE such as helmets, safety shoes, safety belts, gloves and reflective jackets.
- Conduct safety induction and toolbox talks for workers and site staff.
- Monitor work at height, scaffolding, excavation, lifting activities and other high-risk activities.
- Ensure proper barricading, signage and access control at the site.
- Maintain records of safety inspections, incidents, near misses and corrective actions.
- Investigate accidents/incidents and prepare reports.
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure safety compliance.
- Conduct emergency drills and ensure emergency procedures are followed.
- Immediately report serious safety risks to the Project Manager/Management.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety requirements and company policies.

Quality Responsibilities

- Monitor construction activities to ensure work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.




- Inspect materials received at the site and coordinate with the concerned team for quality checks.
- Monitor concrete, reinforcement, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, tiling and other construction activities.
- Coordinate with contractors and site engineers to resolve quality-related issues.
- Identify defects and ensure corrective actions are completed.
- Maintain inspection reports, checklists, test reports and quality records.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors and project teams during inspections.
- Conduct regular quality checks at different stages of construction.
- Ensure proper documentation of quality-related activities.
- Support the project team in maintaining overall construction quality and timely completion.

Required Skills & Experience

- 4–5 years of experience in Safety & Quality, preferably in real estate/construction projects.
- Good knowledge of construction site safety practices and quality control.
- Knowledge of PPE, work-at-height safety, scaffolding, excavation and lifting safety.
- Understanding of construction materials and basic civil construction processes.
- Ability to identify safety risks and quality issues.
- Good inspection and reporting skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and safety/quality documentation.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle contractors and site workers professionally.
- Valuable problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work at construction/project sites.

Preferred Candidate

The ideal candidate should be responsible, alert, practical and strong in site supervision. The person should be able to identify safety risks and quality issues quickly and ensure that corrective actions are completed properly.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
