Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), AI Optimization (AIO), and Large Language Model (LLM) strategies.

The ideal candidate should be capable of driving organic growth, optimizing content for search engines and AI platforms (like ChatGPT, Google SGE), and implementing data-driven marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads.

Key Responsibilities:SEO & Organic Growth

- Develop and execute advanced SEO strategies (On-page, Off-page, Technical SEO)
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis
- Improve website rankings, traffic, and conversion rates
- Optimize website structure, speed, and indexing

Digital Marketing

- Plan and execute campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms
- Manage lead generation campaigns with strong ROI focus
- Handle email marketing, remarketing, and funnel optimization
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize regularly

AEO (Answer Engine Optimization)

- Optimize content for featured snippets, voice search, and zero-click searches
- Structure content for question-based queries (FAQ, schema, structured data)
- Improve visibility on platforms like Google SGE and voice assistants

AIO (AI Optimization)

- Optimize content to perform well on AI-driven search engines
- Use AI tools for content creation, analysis, and automation
- Implement strategies to rank in AI-generated responses

LLM Optimization





- Optimize brand/content visibility in tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and other LLMs
- Create AI-friendly content formats and structured knowledge bases
- Monitor and improve how AI models represent the brand

Required Skills:

- Strong expertise in SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, GA4)
- Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Surfer SEO, etc.)
- Knowledge of schema markup, structured data, and technical SEO
- Hands-on experience in performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
- Understanding of AI search trends and LLM behavior
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working with agencies or multiple client projects
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website CMS (WordPress, Shopify)
- Experience in chatbot, automation, or AI-driven marketing
