Job Responsibilities

- Design and develop Jigs, Fixtures and Cavity components using SolidWorks.
- Create accurate 2D drawings and 3D models based on customer and production requirements.
- Modify and improve existing jig, fixture and cavity designs as required.
- Ensure proper dimensions, tolerances, clearances and manufacturability of designs.
- Coordinate with the Production, Machining and Assembly teams for design requirements.
- Review drawings and make necessary corrections based on manufacturing feedback.
- Prepare and maintain design drawings, models and related documents.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience in SolidWorks is mandatory.
- Solid experience specifically in Jigs, Fixtures and Cavity design.
- Good knowledge of 2D drawing and 3D modelling.
- Ability to understand engineering drawings and dimensions.
- Manufacturing/engineering industry experience preferred.

Qualification

Diploma / B.E / B.Tech – Mechanical Engineering
