About the Role

Gleuhr Wellness Pvt. Ltd. is looking for fresh BDS doctors who are interested in building their career in Skin Aesthetic & Cosmetology.

Selected doctors will receive 1 month of practical training in Skin Cosmetology at the Chandigarh branch. After successfully completing the training, the doctor will be placed at the Ahmedabad branch.

Training Details

- Training Duration: 1 Month
- Training Location: Chandigarh
- Training Type: Unpaid
- Salary: Salary will start after successful completion of training and joining at the Ahmedabad branch.
- The company will provide accommodation (PG) and food during the training period in Chandigarh.
- The company will also provide/reimburse the to-and-fro train travel expenses for travelling to Chandigarh for training and returning after completion of training, as per company policy.

Training Exposure

During the training, candidates will receive practical exposure to:

- Skin & Aesthetic Cosmetology
- Basic skin analysis and consultation
- Aesthetic treatment protocols
- Patient counselling and treatment planning
- Skin rejuvenation procedures
- Chemical peel procedures
- Laser-based aesthetic procedures
- Botox and filler procedures, as applicable to the doctor's training and scope of practice
- Pre- and post-treatment care
- Clinic SOPs and hygiene protocols

Key Responsibilities After Training

- Conduct patient consultations and skin assessments.




- Understand patient concerns and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Perform aesthetic and cosmetology procedures as per training, clinical protocols, and applicable professional scope.
- Provide proper pre- and post-treatment counselling.
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
- Ensure patient safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with therapists and clinic staff for smooth patient care.
- Maintain a professional and patient-friendly approach.

Candidate Eligibility

- Qualification: BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery)
- Experience: Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates should have a genuine interest in Skin Aesthetic & Cosmetology.
- Good communication and patient counselling skills.
- Professional attitude and willingness to learn.
- Willingness to undergo 1 month of unpaid training in Chandigarh.
- Willingness to relocate to Ahmedabad after successful completion of training.

Employment Agreement

- A 2-Year Employment Agreement will be applicable.
- The agreement will be signed at the time of joining.
- Candidates must be willing to work with the company as per the agreed terms and conditions.

Training Support Provided by Company

During the unpaid training period in Chandigarh, the company will provide:

- PG accommodation
- Food/meals
- To-and-fro train travel expenses for the approved journey
