Job Title: Home Care Nurse / Certified Medical Attendant

Role Overview

We are looking for compassionate and trained Home Care Nurses / Medical Attendants to provide high-quality in-home care for elderly patients. You will support daily medical and personal care needs while ensuring dignity, safety, and comfort.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist patients with daily activities (bathing, feeding, mobility)
- Monitor vital signs (BP, sugar, temperature, pulse)
- Administer medications as prescribed (for nurses)
- Support post-hospitalization recovery care
- Maintain hygiene and patient environment
- Report health updates to family and care coordinators
- Provide emotional support and companionship

Required Certifications (MANDATORY)

- ANM / GNM / B.Sc Nursing (for Nurse/ Medical Attendant role)
- OR Certified Nursing Assistant / GDA (General Duty Assistant) for attendants




- Valid Nursing Council Registration Number (for nurses)

Experience

- 0–1 years (Freshers with certification can apply)
- Prior eldercare/homecare experience is a plus

Skills Required

- Patient handling & empathy
- Basic medical knowledge
- Positive communication (Hindi required, basic English preferred)
- Reliability and professionalism

Compensation

- ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month (based on role & experience)
- Accommodation/food (optional depending on case)
- Flexible shifts (3/6/12-hour)
