Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Property Consultant to assist buyers, sellers, and investors in residential and commercial property transactions. The role involves property advisory, client relationship management, market analysis, and end-to-end deal closure while maintaining high ethical and skilled standard.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective clients through company-generated and self-generated leads.




- Understand clients' requirements, budget, and investment goals.
- Recommend suitable properties from multiple developers and projects.
- Schedule and conduct property site visits. Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and investment opportunities.
- Maintain regular follow-ups until deal closure.
- Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and internal teams for inventory, pricing, and offers.
- Assist clients throughout the booking and documentation process.
- Build long-term relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Update all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about new project launches, market trends, and competitor offerings. Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1 - 6 years of experience in real estate sales, BFSI, insurance, banking, hospitality, automobile, or other customer-facing sales roles.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Santacruz, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
