2. Must have
At least 6 months exp in any one of Category [a] lines in a professional setup. [Those with lesser experience may opt for internship]
At least 24 months exp in any one of Category [b] lines in a skilled setup. [Those with lesser experience may be placed in smaller grade.]

3. SPRAT

4. Education:

a. Brilliant Graduates / PGs with good track record and capable of taking up responsible work from day one in the chosen area.

b. For PGs - and for those with longer experience in soil-less farming compensation will start at the upper half

5. Expectations: You are expected to:

- Make measurable productive contribution in your chosen areas from the 1st day
- Be keen and rapid learner, possess multiple skills and interests and considerable self-respect




- Possess valuable verbal and written communication skills [English / Hindi / Gujarati or Urdu].
- Are very organized, systematic and creative.
- Be proficient in MS Excel and power surfing, ideally with some exposure to AI.
- Possess a rational outlook, leftist leanings, be liberal and possess considerable empathy for the under-privileged.
- Be naturally positive, with a zest for living a constructive yet enjoyable life.

6. Campus, Compensation, Boarding and Lodging

a. The compensation indicates the range in which you may be placed according to your education, experience, and the ability to make productive contribution.

b. At Paldi, central Ahmedabad we have a mini hostel and the head office. But the major work happens at our serene campus called TARKIK SADAN [Google Maps: https://maps.app.goo.gl/9McTAeys8uAQb1Tn7] at Matar, 40KMs from Ahmedabad. You will mostly live and work at this campus.

c. For those preferring 8.5-hr work we offer subsidized boarding and lodging.

d. For those willing to contribute 2 hours of additional productivity we may offer free boarding and lodging. Recreation is available aplenty - constrained only by your zest.

e. 24-hr internet, basic recreation facilities and plenty of learning opportunities across many disciplines will be provided to every resident

7. INTERNSHIP:

a. For those lacking in the quality and length of required experience or for freshers:



We may assess you for an Immersive, 3-month internship with a job guarantee.

b. During internship you will receive Free boarding, lodging, Internet and Mobile top-up, local transport, and will receive a valuable Certificate of Experience. Multi taskers taking interest in managerial functions like HR, Resource Mobilization, Content Creation, Science popularization.. will receive an additional certificate.
