Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment and integration of software solutions.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address any challenges to meet deadlines and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce CG Cloud Retail Execution Development.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with React.js, Angular, Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software solutions.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
- Familiarity with cloud-based application development and deployment.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Salesforce CG Cloud Retail Execution Development.

- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI location.
