Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to join our online chess academy. The candidate will be responsible for managing parent/student relationships, handling enquiries, following up with leads, supporting existing customers, and ensuring a smooth overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle enquiries from parents and students through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and students.
- Follow up with leads and prospective customers after trial/demo classes.
- Convert enquiries and trial classes into paid admissions.
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with coaches and the operations team regarding batches, schedules, and student-related issues.
- Follow up for pending fees, renewals, and course continuation.
- Maintain accurate customer and follow-up records in Excel/Google Sheets/CRM.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and proper closure of every enquiry.
- Work towards improving student retention and parent satisfaction.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports related to enquiries, conversions, follow-ups, and renewals.

Candidate Requirements





- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Telecalling, Sales, Education, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Solid convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Confident in communicating with parents over calls and WhatsApp.
- Good customer-service attitude and patience.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Target-oriented, responsible, and organized.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in an education or online learning company will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of chess is not mandatory, but an interest in chess or education will be preferred.
