Job Description – Barista
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages as per company standards.
- Operate coffee machines and other beverage equipment safely.
- Greet customers and provide friendly, skilled service.
- Take customer orders and process payments when required.
- Maintain cleanliness of the coffee station, equipment, and work area.
- Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Assist in inventory management and daily opening/closing duties.
