Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and creative Mall Marketing & Events Manager to plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and events that increase mall footfall, customer engagement, brand visibility, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute monthly and annual marketing plans for the mall.
- Plan and manage events, festivals, exhibitions, activations, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with tenants, brands, vendors, agencies, and external partners for events and marketing activities.
- Develop campaigns to increase mall footfall, customer engagement, and tenant sales.
- Manage social media, digital marketing, outdoor advertising, and other promotional channels.
- Create and manage the marketing and events calendar.
- Coordinate event requirements including permissions, vendors, manpower, décor, entertainment, security, housekeeping, and logistics.
- Identify opportunities for brand collaborations, sponsorships,



and partnerships.
- Manage marketing and event budgets and ensure activities are delivered within the approved budget.
- Monitor campaign and event performance and prepare regular reports for management.
- Work closely with the leasing and tenant relations teams to support tenant promotions and special offers.
- Ensure all events and promotional activities follow mall policies, safety standards, and required permissions.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify new marketing opportunities.
- Handle customer engagement initiatives and special occasions such as festivals, holidays, and mall anniversaries.
