Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the Immigration, Travel, or Hospitality industry.

Reporting To: Manager – Immigration (Outbound)

Job Summary:

Lex Visas is seeking a knowledgeable and process-driven Executive – Immigration (Outbound) to manage outbound visa applications and consular coordination for employees of multinational corporations. This role involves handling documentation, ensuring compliance with immigration requirements, and liaising with embassies and consulates. Ideal candidates will bring experience in visa processing, have a deep understanding of global travel norms, and excel at providing a seamless consular service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

o Support corporate clients with outbound immigration compliance and consular services

o Possess robust understanding of employment visa procedures, regulations, and requirements for major outbound destinations from India

o Handle document legalization processes, including notary services, attestation, and apostilles

o Liaise with consulates/embassies to obtain visa-related updates and process clarifications

o Brief applicants on consular and visa application processes

o Maintain accurate documentation for visa processes and country-specific travel requirements





o Prepare and maintain periodic reports on immigration activities and trends

o Verify and review all visa application documents for completeness and compliance

Key Skills and Other Traits:

o Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

o Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

o Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

o Ability to stay updated with country-specific immigration laws and changes.

o Team player with a collaborative and professional approach.

o Office-based role with occasional local travel within Pune

o Must own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler

Compensation Range:

o INR 3,60,000 /- to INR 4,80,000/- LPA (including incentive and other benefits).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
