Voice Process – Real Estate & Banking Job Description: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to real estate and banking services. Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information about products, services, properties, loans, accounts, and related processes. Assist customers with queries, requests, complaints, and follow-ups. Generate leads and schedule appointments for real estate sales teams when required. Explain banking products such as loans, credit cards, accounts, and other financial services. Maintain proper call records and update customer information in the CRM. Follow company policies, compliance requirements, and quality standards. Achieve daily/monthly targets related to calls, customer satisfaction, lead generation, or conversions. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues. Maintain professional communication and valuable customer relationships.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per day
