Executive – Loyalty, Referral & Society Engagement

Location: Pride World City, Pune

Role Objective

Drive maximum *direct business through customer referrals and society/community engagement*, while strengthening Pride World City’s relationship with residents and customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage existing customers through calls, WhatsApp, meetings and events.

- Generate qualified referrals from customers, homeowners and their networks.

- Identify and nurture Brand Advocates / Referral Champions.

- Coordinate with Sales and Pre-Sales to convert referrals into visits and bookings.

- Plan and execute loyalty and referral campaigns.

* Organise and support society/community activities such as festive celebrations, resident engagement* programs, contests, workshops, sports, kids’ activities and special events.

- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and society representatives for smooth execution of activities.





- Use society events and resident interactions to improve engagement, advocacy and brand affinity.

- Maintain referral data, follow-ups and activity records in CRM.

- Track referral funnel from lead generation to booking.

Key KPIs

- Referral leads generated

- Active referring customers

- Site visits / virtual meetings

- Referral conversion and direct bookings

- Society activities executed

- Resident participation and engagement

- Customer advocacy and repeat referrals

Candidate Profile

- Graduate with 1–3 years of experience in CRM, customer engagement, events, sales, hospitality or real estate preferred.

- Solid communication, coordination and relationship-building skills.

- Energetic, proactive and comfortable handling both business targets and on-ground activities.

- English, Hindi and Marathi.
