Role Overview:
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing human resources functions with a focus on supporting event-based operations. This role requires someone adaptable, organized, and capable of handling fast-paced environments where workforce planning changes with every event.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for event staff, coordinators, volunteers, and full-time employees
- Plan and manage manpower requirements for various events and projects
- Coordinate onboarding and briefing of event teams prior to execution
- Maintain employee and temporary staff records, contracts, and documentation
- Oversee attendance, payroll inputs, and shift scheduling, especially during events




- Act as a point of contact for staff during events to resolve HR-related concerns
- Support employee engagement and team coordination activities
- Ability to manage and handle clients and their queries
- Assist in training and development initiatives for event teams

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, MBA, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in HR
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle dynamic event schedules
- Knowledge of basic HR processes and labor laws
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools
