WebOps Architect (AI-Augmented)
About the Role
We are seeking a WebOps Architect who goes beyond traditional DevOps/WebOps practices. This individual will leverage AI-driven productivity tools to deliver 5x efficiency, scalability, and quality over conventional approaches. The role focuses on designing, automating, and managing cloud-native infrastructure to support highly available SaaS products.
Key Responsibilities
- Cloud Infrastructure Design & Optimization
- Architect and manage scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Implement AI-assisted infrastructure-as-code practices (Terraform, Pulumi).
- Automation & CI/CD Excellence
- Design intelligent CI/CD pipelines with automated testing, deployment, and rollback.
- AI-based anomaly detection for build failures, performance bottlenecks, and security alerts.
- Containerization & Orchestration
- Manage Kubernetes clusters with auto-scaling, service mesh, and AI-based workload optimization.
Ensure high availability (
- 99.95%) for customer-facing systems.
- Monitoring & Reliability Engineering
- Implement observability with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, and AI-based predictive alerting.
- Proactively identify performance issues using AIOps and auto-remediation scripts.
- AI-Enhanced Productivity & Tools
- Use AI copilots (GitHub Copilot, OpenAI, etc.) for code reviews, incident response, and troubleshooting.
- Develop AI-driven dashboards for real-time system health, cost insights, and SLA tracking.
Required Skills
- Proven expertise in WebOps / DevOps and cloud-native architecture.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS/Azure/GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker, CI/CD (Jenkins/GitLab/GitHub Actions).
- Knowledge of AIOps, MLOps, and AI-driven automation frameworks.
- Excellent understanding of site reliability engineering (SRE) practices.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and systems thinking abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Certifications in cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP Architect) and Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD) preferred.
- Exposure to AI productivity tools and automation frameworks is mandatory.
