Business Development Executive

Company Description:Trijog | Know Your Mind is a leading mental health organization, offering Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), Learning & Development (L&D;) services, and individual therapy. We seek a Business Development Executive to help expand our corporate and partnership services, bringing mental health solutions to businesses and individuals.

Role Title: Business Development ExecutiveWorking Hours:

- Monday to Saturday: 10 AM to 06 PM

Role Description:The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing corporate partnerships, and driving sales for EAP and L&D; services. This role will involve pitching, relationship management, and working closely with marketing and service teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue current business opportunities and corporate clients.
- Pitch EAP and L&D; solutions to organizations and close deals.
- Collaborate with marketing to create sales presentations and proposals.
- Maintain client relationships and ensure post-sale satisfaction.
- Report on sales activities and meet monthly sales targets.

Company’s Expectations:

- Proven track record in business development or sales roles.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.




- Understanding of EAP and L&D; services.
- Strong client relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite.

- Creative and Strategic Thinking:You are expected to bring a strategic mindset to business development, creating unique solutions for clients and pushing for innovation in EAP and L&D; service offerings.
