Training Head – KANNU KI CHAI

Position: Training Head
Department: Training & Development

Experience: 5+ years, preferably in F&B;/QSR/Retail

Job Responsibilities

- Lead the overall training and development function for all KANNU KI CHAI outlets.
- Design and implement training programs for Store Managers, Shift Managers, and Team Members.
- Conduct induction and onboarding programs for all new employees.
- Ensure employees are trained on company SOPs, product knowledge, customer service, hygiene, safety, and outlet operations.
- Conduct regular outlet visits to assess team performance and identify training gaps.
- Develop training modules, manuals, assessments, and evaluation methods.
- Monitor employee performance before and after training and ensure measurable improvement.
- Conduct refresher training whenever operational gaps or SOP deviations are identified.
- Support the Operations team in improving outlet performance through targeted training.
- Ensure proper training and certification of employees before they independently handle key responsibilities.
- Lead training for new outlet openings, including complete team onboarding and operational readiness.
- Maintain accurate training records, attendance, assessments, and performance reports.




- Collect feedback from employees and managers to continuously improve training programs.
- Work closely with HR and Operations to identify manpower development and succession-planning requirements.
- Develop leadership and management training programs for Store and Shift Managers.
- Conduct periodic assessments/audits to ensure training standards are being followed across outlets.
- Stay updated with best practices in F&B; training, customer service, and operational excellence.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of F&B;/QSR operations and SOPs.
- Ability to train, motivate, and evaluate employees.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Positive knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Willingness to travel across outlets as required.
