Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate in office construction activities to ensure timely execution as per drawings and specifications
- Liaise with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure clarity and alignment on design and execution
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks on materials, workmanship, and safety compliance
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly progress reports and site documentation
- Assist in quantity take-offs, BOQs, and material planning
- Troubleshoot on-site issues and ensure timely resolution in coordination with the design and project management teams
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets

Requirements

- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- 1-3 years of relevant experience




- Good understanding of construction drawings, materials, and execution methods
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (basic reading), and project reporting tools
- Ability to handle multiple sites or phases, and coordinate with various stakeholders
