Position: Branch Incharge
Salary: ₹15,000/- In-Hand
Experience: 1–5 Years
Qualification: Graduate
Industry: FMCG

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day branch operations smoothly and efficiently.
- Handle inventory management and stock reconciliation.
- Maintain proper records of sales, stock, cash, and other branch activities.
- Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate cash management.
- Prepare and maintain reports using MS Excel / Advanced Excel.
- Coordinate with sales, logistics, and other departments.
- Monitor team performance and support team members when required.
- Ensure timely completion of daily operational tasks.
- Maintain proper documentation and follow company policies.
- Resolve branch-level operational issues and report them to management.

Required Skills:

- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Advanced MS Excel knowledge.
- Cash handling and basic accounting understanding.
- Team handling and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable organizational and time-management skills.
- FMCG experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
