PSA In-Charge – Job Description

Experience: 8+ Years
Role Objective: Responsible for end-to-end service delivery, uptime, breakdown management, and customer satisfaction across all installed PSA Oxygen Plants within the assigned region.

- Service Documentation & Dashboard Management
- Cost & Budget Control
- Engineer Competency & Service Gap Analysis
- Monthly Service Performance Review Meetings

Preferred Profile:

- 8+ years of experience in PSA/Oxygen Plant service operations or biomedical/medical gas equipment.
- Strong experience in team handling, breakdown management, customer coordination, and service operations.
- Positive communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel across the assigned region.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
