We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Supervisor – MEP to supervise and coordinate plumbing installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance works at the project site. The candidate will be responsible for managing site activities, coordinating with MEP engineers and other trades, ensuring work is completed according to approved drawings and specifications, and maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily plumbing installation activities at the project site.
- Read and interpret plumbing, MEP, and construction drawings.
- Coordinate plumbing works with electrical, HVAC, civil, architectural, and other MEP services.
- Allocate manpower and monitor workers and subcontractors.
- Ensure installation is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
- Supervise installation of water supply, drainage, sewage, storm-water, and other plumbing systems.
- Check pipe routing, levels, slopes, supports, valves, fittings, and equipment connections.
- Conduct and supervise pressure testing, leakage testing, flushing, and commissioning activities.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the MEP Engineer for technical solutions.
- Monitor material requirements and ensure proper storage and usage of plumbing materials.
- Inspect completed works and ensure required quality standards are maintained.
- Coordinate inspections with consultants, QA/QC teams, and project management.




- Maintain daily progress reports and records of site activities.
- Ensure compliance with project safety procedures and applicable standards.
- Monitor work progress against the project schedule and report delays or site constraints.
- Supervise rectification of defects and ensure timely completion of snagging works.
- Assist in testing, commissioning, handover, and preparation of as-built documentation.

Qualifications & Experience

- Diploma or ITI in Plumbing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant experience as a Plumbing Supervisor in MEP/construction projects.
- Typically 5+ years of relevant site experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of plumbing installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Ability to read and understand MEP/plumbing drawings.
- Experience coordinating with subcontractors, consultants, engineers, and other trades.
- Knowledge of site safety and quality-control requirements.
- Positive communication, leadership, and manpower-management skills.
