Job Title: Accounts Executive

Location: Wazirpur Industrial Area

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive to manage financial transactions, maintain accurate financial records, and support the overall accounting operations of the organization. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and a good understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and update financial records including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments
- Handle accounts payable and receivable processes
- Prepare invoices, bills, and bank reconciliations
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Manage GST/TDS filings (or applicable tax regulations)
- Monitor daily accounting activities and resolve discrepancies
- Support audits and provide necessary documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders (vendors, auditors)

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field




- Professional certifications (e.g., CA Inter, CMA, ACCA) are a plus

Experience:

- 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience (can adjust based on need)
- Freshers with strong knowledge may also be considered

Skills Required:

- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP)
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently

Salary: 20K – 25K
